INGREDIENTI
pan bauletto o pancarrè
formaggio spalmabile tipo philadelphia
prosciutto (cotto o crudo)
formaggio tipo emmenthal (o altro simile)
1 uovo più un po’ di latte
pan grattato q.b.
PROCEDIMENTO
- Il procedimento è davvero velocissimo! Per preparare i Toast croccanti al forno con prosciutto e formaggio dovete innanzi tutto spalmare il formaggio su tutte le fette che volete preparare.
- Sistemate poi un po’ di prosciutto e una fettina sottile di emmenthal o altro formaggio simile e chiudete con un’altra fetta di pan bauletto.
- Premete un po’ con le mani per farle compattare.
- Sbattete l’uovo con un pizzico di sale e un po’ di latte; spennellate ogni toast con l’uovo, cercando di passare bene dappertutto, o, in alternativa, immergete molto velocemente il toast nel composto.
- Passate poi i toast nel pan grattato e sistemateli poi su una teglia ricoperta con carta forno.
- Passate in forno a 170 °C fin quando i toast non diventano dorati.
Consiglio: volendo potete evitare l’uovo e passare le fette di pancarré direttamente solo nel latte. Se volete preparare anche il pane in casa vi lascio la ricetta del mio
