Bastoncini di pollo e verdure in padella – Buongiorno mamme! eccomi a scrivervi una ricetta semplice semplice per far mangiare qualche verdura in più ai nostri piccoli!

Scommetto che anche i vostri bimbi/ragazzi non adorano particolarmente le verdure… e allora provate questa ricetta!

Degli sfiziosi bastoncini di pollo con all’interno verdure (io ho messo bieta e spinaci), accompagnati da un po’ di salsa, quella che preferite, io ho messo del ketchup! Un po’ di pane – in questo caso io ho messo due fette di pan brioche salato con formaggio e noci – e ancora un po’ di verdure (insalata, carote, piselli..quello che volete insomma!) Così, nel caso in cui il contorno rimanga nel piatto, almeno avrà mangiato comunque un po’ di verdura!

Ingredienti

  • 450 g Petto Di Pollo (1 petto di pollo piccolo)
  • 150 ml Latte
  • 100 g Pane Raffermo
  • 1 mazzetto Verdure Fresche(bieta e spinaci)
  • q.b. Sale
  • q.b. Parmigiano Reggiano(grattugiato, facoltativo.)
  • q.b. Pane Grattugiato
  • q.b. Olio Di Semi (per ungere la padella)

Preparazione

Gli ingredienti ed il procedimento sono molto simili alla ricetta delle crocchette di pollo fritte panate ovvero i famosi chicken nuggets che trovate nel mio blog di cucina, qui non ho messo il formaggio spalmabile nell’impasto, che ho sostituito con le verdure. In più ho aggiunto un po’ di parmigiano reggiano e ho optato per la cottura in padella (senza frittura).

Per prima cosa mettete a bagno il pane con il latte, in modo che si ammorbidisca ben bene. Potete usare pane morbido (da tramezzino per intenderci) ma anche del pane raffermo se ne avete: in questo caso il tempo di ammollo aumenta un po’.

Frullate ben bene il pane nel frullatore. Quando non ci saranno più pezzi grandi aggiungete il petto di pollo tagliato a tocchetti crudo ed il sale. Frullate tutto a più riprese.

Aggiungete ora le verdure: se avete a disposizione delle verdure fresche potete aggiungerne un mazzetto (spinaci o biete, che di solito hanno un sapore più dolce, ma anche cicoria o broccoletti se piacciono). Io a volte utilizzo anche le verdure surgelate, circa 100 g. le faccio scongelare, le strizzo bene e poi aggiungo nel mixer e frullo tutto.

In fine, per dare più sapore, se volete aggiungete del parmigiano grattugiato.

Preparate un piatto con del pane grattugiato.  Formate i bastoncini di impasto e fateli rotolare nel pane. Il composto dovrà rimanere comunque abbastanza appiccicoso, ma non vi preoccupate, dopo la cottura saranno perfetti!

Scaldate in una padella antiaderente qualche cucchiaio di olio di semi e poi cuocete i bastoncini per circa 7/8 minuti, girandoli spesso per non farli bruciare. Se volete potete cuocerli anche al forno.
