Polpette di prosciutto cotto e ricotta al forno – Queste polpettine sono davvero semplici e veloci da realizzare, morbidissime, sono un ottimo secondo piatto da proporre ai nostri bimbi sin dai primi anni di vita. Solitamente le polpette sono molto apprezzate dai bambini e, devo dire che anche Christian non le disdegna affatto.
Insieme ad un contorno di verdure e un po’ di pane completiamo il pasto!
Polpette di prosciutto cotto e ricotta al forno
INGREDIENTI
Per realizzare circa 8 polpette
200gr di prosciutto cotto
100gr di ricotta ( io cuor di ricotta)
1 uovo
3 cucchiai circa di pane grattato
Noce moscata q.b.
un pizzico di sale (facoltativo)
un pizzico di sale (facoltativo)

PROCEDIMENTO
- Come vi dicevo il procedimento è velocissimo: infatti potete mettere tutti gli ingredienti all’interno di un frullatore, lasciando da parte solo un po’ di pane grattugiato per “aggiustare il tiro” ^_^.
- Frullate tutto, ottenendo un composto morbido ma lavorabile con le mani. Se vedete che è troppo morbido aggiungete pane grattugiato (non troppo, mi raccomando, altrimenti saranno dure, la cottura in forno asciuga un po’ i cibi).
- Formate delle palline delle dimensioni che volete e appoggiatele su carta forno.
- Io poi le faccio stazionare un po’ in frigorifero (basta mezz’ora, ma se avete fretta potete cuocere subito).
- Cuocete in forno a 180 gradi per 20 minuti circa.
- Servite tiepide!
