Sfogliatine alla mela e marmellata
INGREDIENTI
1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia già pronta (rettangolare)
1 mela
qualche goccia di succo di limone
marmellata o confettura q.b.
zucchero semolato
latte per spennellare
PROCEDIMENTO
- Iniziate sbucciando la mela e tagliandola a piccoli cubetti che metterete intanto in una ciotola con qualche goccia di succo di limone (per non far ossidare la mela) e un po’ di zucchero, a vostro piacere.
- Tirate fuori la sfoglia dal frigo appoggiatevi sul piano di lavoro: ricavate 12 rettangolini uguali (io ho diviso a metà nel verso della lunghezza della sfoglia e poi tagliato 6 strisce verticali).
- Nei rettangolini in alto ho messo il ripieno: un po’ di marmellata o confettura a vostro piacere (io albicocca) e poi le mele scolate bene dall’acqua e limone.
- Nei rettangolini in basso ho fatto dei taglietti orizzontali con un coltello e poi ho posizionato sopra ai rettangolini con ripieno e chiuso bene, pressando con le dita e poi aiutandomi con i rebbi di una forchetta.
- Spennellate ogni sfogliatina con un po’ di latte e aggiungete un po’ di zucchero semolato sopra.
- Infornate per 10/15 minuti a 170°C, forno statico.
- Lasciate intiepidire e servite!
