I muffin di carote (simil camille) sono dei dolcetti semplici e gustosi, ottimi da portare a scuola o per la merenda con gli amici! Dentro ci sono tante carotine che donano a questi dolcetti un brillante colore arancio. Il sapore delle carote non è predominante e quindi piaceranno anche a chi non le ama particolarmente.
Come vedrete la ricetta è davvero molto semplice e veloce! Il fatto di frullare le carote rende questi piccoli muffin morbidissimi, si sciolgono quasi in bocca!
Non vedo l’ora che Chris cresca un po’ per poterlo viziare con queste merende fatte in casa 🙂 Per ora siamo ancora allo svezzamento e abbiamo iniziato ieri con la pappa a cena! Se continua così credo proprio che diventerà un gran mangione!

Muffin di Carote (simil camille)
INGREDIENTI
(per 8 muffin)
PROCEDIMENTO
- Pulite le carote, fate le a pezzettoni e cuocere a vapore o lessatele in acqua. (In alternativa potete cuocerle anche al microonde con un goccino di acqua in una ciotola adatta, coperta).
- Fatele freddare e frullatele ottenendo una purea liscia ed omogenea.
- Aggiungete l’uovo, l’olio e lo zucchero e amalgamate.
- In fine aggiungere la farina, la fecola e il lievito setacciato.
- Mettete l’impasto ottenuto negli stampini per i muffin e cuocete in forno caldo a 170°C per 15 minuti circa.
- Fate raffreddare bene prima di servire!
