Crema di mais con carote cipolle e robiola
INGREDIENTI per una porzione
1/2 cipolla
30 grammi di robiola
1 cucchiaino di olio di oliva
- Pulite per bene la carota, la patata e la cipolla, tagliatele a dadini e mettetele in una casseruola con circa 250 ml di acqua fredda.
- Portate ad ebollizione e cuocete a fiamma bassa per 20 – 30 minuti.
- A cottura ultimata passate tutto al mixer.
- Rimettete il passato nella casseruola (se avete un frullatore ad immersione saltate questo passaggio, ed evitate di sporcare troppe pentole e contenitori, frullando direttamente nella casseruola!), portate ad ebollizione e versate a pioggia la farina di mais, mescolando per non creare grumi.
- A cottura ultimata spegnete la fiamma ed aggiungete la robiola, mescolando fin quando non si sarà sciolta.
- Aggiungete un cucchiaino di olio extravergine di oliva.
- Fate raffreddare e servite la Crema di mais con carote cipolle e robiola.
Nota: in questa ricetta ho utilizzato la crema di mais, ma ovviamente potete utilizzare qualsiasi altro tipo di farina. E’ una ricetta adatta dal 7-8 mese del vostro bimbo, ma se volete provare a proporla prima, sostituite la robiola con del parmigiano stagionato almeno 36 mesi.
