Cercate un’idea carina per far mangiare le carote ai vostri bimbi? Che ne dite di queste carotine birichine? Sono semplicissime e veloci da realizzare! ^_^
E con un po’ di creatività potrete trasformare una verdura in uno spuntino divertente!
Cosa serve?
| carote formaggio tipo galbanino o emmenthal piccoli stampini di varie forme |
Come si fa?
- Pulite le carote e tagliatele a rondelle alte circa mezzo centimetro. Utilizzate carote abbastanza grandi per riuscire ad utilizzare al meglio gli stampini.
- Togliete la parte interna delle carote che avrete ricavato dallo stampino (che magari potrete riutilizzare per arricchire una bella insalatina) ed inseritevi il formaggio, della stessa forma.
Gli stampini che ho utilizzato io sono in plastica, e sono degli stampi per biscotti (ho trovato solo questi a prezzi accettabili in realtà!), ma se avete dei piccoli tagliabiscotti in metallo il taglio delle carotine sarà più facile e preciso 😉 .
