Crocchette di pollo e bieta – Ho preparato queste crocchette tentando di riutilizzare del pollo che avevo in avanzo dalla preparazione delle porzioni di omogeneizzato di carne che ho fatto per Christian (se vi interessa la ricetta dell‘OMOGENEIZZATO DI CARNE cliccate qui). Avevo anche delle biete avanzate dal giorno a pranzo che avevo solamente lessato per noi. Ed ecco che iniziamo a sfruttare la magia delle polpette anche per Chri!!
A Christian sono piaciute tantissimo visto che adora mangiare le cose con le mani (i pezzettoni di cibo in generale oltre al pane di pizza), mentre se gli diamo i pezzetti piccoli nel piatto nemmeno li guarda -_-.
Ho cotto le Crocchette di pollo e bieta in padella evitando così ovviamente la frittura ma possono essere cotte benissimo anche in forno.
PROCEDIMENTO
- Visto che avevo tutto cotto ho impiegato veramente poco a preparare questa ricetta, ma impiegherete pochissimo anche se dovrete realizzarla da capo.
- Ho lessato e poi frullato quindi omogeneizzato il pollo ho messo poi insieme al pollo anche le biete lessate ho aggiunto un pizzico di sale un filino di olio creando un composto omogeneo.
- A questo composto ho aggiunto del pane grattugiato per raggiungere la consistenza che volevo creando delle polpettine (anzi delle crocchette, perché sono un po’ croccantine fuori!) che poi ho passato ancora nel pane grattugiato per creare una panatura esterna.
- Ho cotto in padella mettendo un filo di olio extravergine è un goccino di acqua per non farle attaccare (nella padella antiaderente) e ho fatto cuocere 5 minuti per lato con coperchio. Ad ogni modo cuociono subito perché tutti gli ingredienti sono già cotti.
È un ottimo modo per riciclare degli avanzi di verdure e di carne che abbiamo preparato magari per il pranzo e potete sostituire naturalmente la bieta con altre verdurine come le zucchine e gli spinaci ad esempio!
