Il risotto stracchino e verdure è veramente semplice da preparare, in quanto ho utilizzato le verdurine con cui preparo il brodo vegetale, aggiungendo lo stracchino alla fine. Devo dire che oggi lo abbiamo assaggiato io e il papà e ci è piaciuto un sacco! (ottimo modo per far mangiare le verdure ai bimbi e pure a papà Leo…fosse per lui vivrebbe di bistecche e hamburger 😯 ).
Risotto stracchino e verdure – svezzamento
INGREDIENTI
40 g di riso per bimbi (es chiccoris della mellin)
Brodo vegetale q.b. (vedi brodo vegetale per lo svezzamento)
Verdure miste frullate 50 g
1 cucchiaino di olio EVO
1 cucchiaio si stracchino
PROCEDIMENTO
- fate cuocere il riso aggiungendo a mano a mano il brodo; se siete agli inizi dello svezzamento potete utilizzare il riso per i bimbi, mentre per bambini più grandi va bene un qualsiasi riso per risotti 😉 (ovviamente aumentate le dosi per i bimbi più grandi!).
- a metà cottura aggiungete anche le verdure miste frullate, quelle che avete a disposizione dopo aver preparato il brodo per il vostro bimbo andranno più che bene. In questo caso io ho frullato carota, patata, zucchina e lattuga.
- finite di cuocere il risotto, spegnete il fuoco e mantecate con un cucchiaio di stracchino fresco.
