Crema di verdura allo yogurt
INGREDIENTI per una pappa
1/4 di cipolla
1 carota piccola o mezza grande
1 patata piccola
1 pezzetto di zucchina
un pezzettino di aglio (se piace e solo per i più grandi)
acqua q.b.
1 vasetto di yogurt intero
olio di oliva
sale
PROCEDIMENTO
- Tritate molto finemente la cipolla e la carota dopo averle pulite bene.
- Mettetele in un pentolino con un filo di olio e un cucchiaio di acqua per farle stufare a fuoco dolce (se vi piace e per i bimbi più grandi, potete mettere un pezzettino di aglio, da togliere poi prima del passaggio successivo).
- Tagliate la patata e la zucchina a dadini e cuocete aggiungendo un bicchiere di acqua circa, fin quando le patate non diventano morbide. Salate.
- Spegnete il fuoco. Frullate per qualche secondo con un mixer ad immersione e poi aggiungete lo yogurt e mescolate bene con un cucchiaio.
- Finite con un filino di olio a crudo e del parmigiano grattugiato.
- Per i più grandi: le verdure possono essere lasciate a dadini, senza frullare e potete accompagnare la crema con dei crostini di pane.
