Tortini di zucchine e ricotta
Avete mai provato a preparare questi piccoli sformati morbidissimi perfetti per far mangiare le zucchine ai vostri bimi? Sono davvero semplici da preparare potete prepararli in anticipo e conservarli fino al momento di servire riscaldandoli un poco al forno.
Io ho utilizzato le zucchine ma in realtà potreste prepararli con le verdure che più vi piacciono! Se utilizzate verdure più dure e consistenti lessatele precedentemente.
Tortini di zucchine e ricotta, ricetta per bambini con zucchine
INGREDIENTI Per 6 Tortini monoporzione –
400 grammi di zucchine
un uovo o anche due se volete renderli più sostanziosi
100 grammi di ricotta
30 grammi di parmigiano grattugiato
sale e olio di oliva quanto basta.
PROCEDIMENTO
- Iniziate prendendo un contenitore abbastanza grande e grattugiando le zucchine io ne ho utilizzate circa due.
- Aggiungete poi anche la ricotta e l’uovo leggermente sbattuto il sale e il parmigiano grattugiato mescolate tutto creando un composto abbastanza omogeneo.
- Se l’impasto vi sembra troppo lento aggiungete un po’ di pane grattugiato.
- ….Non vi sembrerà vero ma l’impasto è pronto!
- Non vi resta che sistemare l’impasto nelle formine di alluminio (io ho uno stampo in silicone) unte con olio e spolverate con del pane grattugiato cuocete per circa 30 minuti a 180 gradi forno statico fino a quando non vedrete la superficie dorata.
Questi tortini restano davvero morbidissimi, ma al contempo saporiti e gustosi! vedrete che i vostri bimbi ne saranno entusiasti! Inoltre se avete degli stampini in silicone con diverse forme potreste utilizzare anche questi per rendere il tutto ancora più divertente! ^_^
